Refund policy

7-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of any payment made on iqtestcoach.com: your first purchase, a free trial that turned into a paid plan, or an automatic renewal. No reason is needed.

After 7 days we still refund double charges, renewals of a subscription you had already cancelled, and technical problems that stop you from using Premium when we cannot fix them.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, such as a statutory right of withdrawal.

Card payments (Paddle)

Card and wallet payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To ask for a refund, do one of the following:

The money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

• email us from your account email address;
• go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email you paid with and request a refund;
• reply to your Paddle receipt email.

Bank transfer (Vietnam)

Email us with your order code and the bank account for the refund. We send it within 7 working days. Overpayments, duplicate transfers and transfers with a wrong description are refunded the same way.

Purchases in the app

Purchases made in the IQ Test Coach app are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds must be requested from them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play under Orders in your Google account.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future payments; it is not a refund. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel a card subscription from the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net or by emailing us; cancel an in-app subscription in the App Store or Google Play settings. Lifetime Premium and bank transfer plans do not renew.

After a refund

When a payment is refunded, the Premium access or candidate credits it gave end immediately. Your test results are kept.
