This policy explains what personal data IQ Test Coach (iqtestcoach.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Test and practice answers, scores and timings — to score your tests, show your history and run the coach.
- If you create an account: your email, name and profile photo from your sign-in provider (Google, Apple or email), your goal and your language.
- Without an account: a random identifier stored in a cookie, so your results stay with this browser until you sign in.
- If you buy Premium: your plan, payment status and transaction references. We never see or store your full card details.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with the button below. We do not use advertising cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers who process data on our behalf:
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — accounts and sign-in.
- RevenueCat and Stripe — card payments and subscriptions.
- SePay — matching bank transfers to orders (Vietnam).
- DigitalOcean — hosting; Cloudflare — network delivery and protection.
- Google Analytics — usage statistics, only with your consent.
Sharing results
Your results are private. If you share a result, anyone with its link sees the score, the test name, the date and the name you chose to display — never your answers or your email. If you join a class, the teacher sees your name, your best and latest scores, your practice activity and when you were last active.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept while your account exists. Unfinished test sessions are deleted after 7 days. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, write to us from the email of your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
IQ Test Coach is meant for people aged 13 and over. Students younger than that should use it with a parent or teacher.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users.
